But... Which Was Which?

There was a rumour in the air, which turned out to be true: a large box of chocolates, gifted by Anne Dooley from Ireland after her guest speech the week before. Paul Conde did the passing-around honours, thus starting the session on a sweet note.

After a brief and to-the-point opening by sergeant-in-arms Soledad Castellano, our president Sean Palit asked that modern-day question: Are you happy with your job? Happily, most of us are. For the benefit of those who aren’t sure, he explained that (according to the author Dan Pink), our job happiness depends on the degree of Autonomy, Mastery and Purpose we experience in our daily work. Hmm… Never heard of Dan Pink – mental note to check out what he has to say.

Our Toastmaster of the evening, Sebastian Ortega promised us the evening would flow. And move it did, from the past to the present and over again, as he flashed the participants’ childhood photos onto the screen. But not before showing us his own in the form of a mini-challenge: which of the two little boys shown in the image was Sebastian, and which was his brother? We would learn at the end of the session, he promised.

As custom, the role-players of the evening gave succinct explanations of their roles: Maria-Luisa Gomes (Ah-Counter), Soledad Castellano (Timekeeper), Mona Tellier (Blogger), and Roberto Dei Giudici (Grammarian), who in this role also introduced the Word of the Day: Didactic.

Miren Alli AIcua took the stage for her third ever speech, taking on the task of defending astrology as a science in her speech entitled: “It’s Not Rubbish”. Very convincing were her arguments – who knew that spies, politics and war are all accompanied by the science of astrology! Truth to tell, she (almost) convinced me to visit a reader soon.

Mariyana Tasheva was our Entertaining Speaker of the evening and, with a speech called “The Art of Lying”, she proceeded to outline the dexterity necessary to hone your lying skills, based on her friend Tony’s expertise. Who knew there was a philosophy behind this art, and that to do so ethically is to your greatest advantage!

It was Sean Palit’s task to lead us into the realm of salesmanship, with his very entertaining (and challenging) talk on “The Six Principles of Persuasion”. We are all salesman, we learned, since our lives depend on us convincing someone of something most of the time. With the help of Beatriz Garcia, we were led through the Buyer’s Journey, on route to the sale of an appealing steam diffusor. It was win-win all around.

Our evaluators then took the stage: Miguel Escobar (Miren), Paul Conde (Mariyana) and Manolo Lopez (Sean) gave the speakers the benefit of their experience with discerning observations.

Yanina Macia prepared an enjoyable Table Topics theme for the evening. After advising them to take the time to PREP, she had the volunteers Mark, Adrian and Alex attempt to talk themselves out of a compromising position. They came up with surprisingly convincing arguments.

Ambrós Abellana, as General Evaluator, provided us with a very un-didactic, inspiring summation of the evening’s proceedings.

Sean Palit brought Miren Alli Aicua and Miguel Escobar to the stage, since both have now completed their third speech. This honour has three advantages: their mentors are now freed from their duties, they themselves may be Evaluators, and they transition from the role of Mentee to that of Mentor themselves.
Topping things off, Sean Palit had our four guests of the evening provide us with their impressions (very favourable) and Soledad Castellano hit the hammer to end another great TMC session.
BUT…. Did we ever learn which of the two little boys in the photo was Sebastian himself? If so, please let me know!

The Dogged attitude (17-01-2017)

Get "out the couch" or "off the couch", that is the question!
Both expression would mean the same, but the first term is a solecism coming from "getting out of the comfort zone". Does power of fear prevent people from getting out of this comfort zone?
Yes and No according to Miguel, first exponent of this session "full of energy". In fact, two behaviors are possible in front of a scary situation: whether you stay on the couch and continue your daily life feeling comfortable but with the persistent limitation generated by the fear itself, or you attack “doggedly” (thanks Mona for this magical word) your fears to learn how to overpass the limits and finally realize your dreams. Miguel do recommend this last attitude based on his experience.
The appraise with raise (evaluation through applauds and magnification) is part of this learning process as exposed by Mariyana, the second exponent of this session and it ever allows improving further the limits by acknowledging the positive and negative feedback. She illustrated the process by asking Sebastian the sergeant at arms to come on stage. Consistency, confidence, interest and humor are highlighted as most important ingredients to the Recipe of the self-transcendence. Sandra and Manolo, the 2 evaluators pointed-out that honesty and communication are the key value of this positive attitude.
The table topics were very funny (sorry if you missed it), and presented by Sebastian, the sergent of ar….. the table topic Master, let say THE MAN of this toastmaster session. To conclude, would you prefer the toilet paper to be accessible over or under?

PATIDIFUSIMANÍACOS…(10-Enero-2018)

Sorprendidos, boquiabiertos, asombrados, estupefactos, fascinados, impresionados, pasmados, maravillados… en suma: nos quedamos como la palabra del día, patidifusos, tras la sesión del pasado 10 de enero. Tanto es así que estuvimos vagando por la calle Balmes buscando un bar durante un buen rato, para acabar tomando una pizza sorprendentemente buena en un bar sorprendentemente cutre, donde nos acabaron echando a golpetazos de un limpiacristales.
¿Cómo llegamos a este estado mental? ¿Qué pasó en la sesión? ¿Abusamos de las drogas? Yo os lo contaré sin omitir detalle, por sórdido que parezca, para que las generaciones venideras de Toasties reciban nuestro legado.
Todo empezó con la TMT de la sesión, Cristina Gil, que como ella ya había conseguido su objetivo para el año 2017 (casarse con Paul Conde) se empeñó en saber los objetivos y/o deseos de los participantes de la sesión para el pasado 2017 y el venidero 2018.
¿Qué puede esperarse de un equipo técnico que tenía ESTOS objetivos para el 2017?:
- Apuntarse a TMT, Janina.
- Ponerse pequeños objetivos a diario, Jaume.
- Crear una revista on line de terapia perruna, Mona.
- Y la búsqueda del placer, Ramón.
El problema no es que tengan estos deseos/objetivos, sino que los alcancen. En mi opinión son una pandilla de lunáticos, por eso Enrique Álvarez se empeñó en el primer discurso en que supiéramos el porqué del efecto de la Luna en las personas: nos lo explicó brillantemente entre explicaciones científicas muy bien teatralizadas, hombres lobo y pérdidas de ropa en la playa.
Fue precisamente en la playa donde Luca Magagni y su marido conocieron a Tod y Larry. Y estuvieron todo un fin de semana esperando seducidos y abandonados. Por eso Luca se ha puesto como objetivo para el 2018 reirse más de uno y de los demás. Con nosotros ya lo ha conseguido: Brillante e hilarante segundo discurso de la sesión.
Hilarante parecía que iba a ser el tercer discurso, donde Sandra Almeida empezó a explicarnos sus inicios como abogado; pero en un giro que nos dejó patidifusos convirtió su discurso en la presentación del instituto biomédico del Valle Hebrón donde trabaja. Dos frases para el recuerdo:
- La investigación es sexy.
- La investigación del hoy es la medicina del mañana.
¡Bien hecho portu! Ahora busca tiempo para hacer los 12 viajes, los 12 discursos y leer los 12 libros que tienes como objetivo para el 2018.
Manolo, que quiere escribir un libro este año, evaluó con rigor y método a Enrique. Remarcó el uso del cuerpo de Enrique como elemento positivo y el exceso de datos como mejora para venideros discursos.
Montserrat Beltrán se rindió ante el discurso de Luca, pero acertadamente encontró un resquicio de mejora: controlar mejor el espacio.
Aprovecho el blog para despedirme de Montse por si no vuelve del viaje al Caribe que hará este 2018. Iremos “pa ya” a verte…. Tiempo para las evaluaciones….
Emilie, si bien el discurso de Sandra le “robó el corazón”, la encontró “un poco cansada”…. Menos mal porque si Sandra llega a estar a tope nos convence para ingresar en el Valle Hebrón… en el pabellón de psiquiatría. Pero , tranquilos, como haya más Table Topics como los de Rosa Belén ingresaremos directamente…. Lo que hizo defender a Ambrós (no ir más de fiesta), Miguel (comer sano), María (no dejar las cosas para el último momento) y Sebastián (hacer deporte) es fruto de una mente perversa. ¡¡¡ Las artistas son así !!!
Ah! Me olvidaba. Sebastian: tienes que traer los “torreznos de tofu” que mencionaste en tu discurso improvisado.
Llegados a este punto de la sesión estábamos tocados, pero no hundidos…. Sólo nos faltaba que Teresa Rubinat hiciera la evaluación general para que nos diéramos cuenta de lo que nos queda por aprender… y lo mucho que la añorábamos.
Tras dar la bienvenida a Javier y Sophie como nuevos TMT, Sean dio por cerrada la sesión.
Lo que vino después lo conté al principio…

Especial Navidad - Madre mía, que lío de familia!!

El pasado miércoles 20 de Diciembre realizamos una sesión especial con motivo de las fiestas Navideñas brillantemente preparada y presentada por la dos magníficas Toastmasters, Soledad Castellano y Jelena Vetockina.

Después de la protocolaria bienvenida por parte de Sean Palit, presidente de nuestro club, Soledad y Jelena tomaron las riendas de la sesión y nos presentaron en que iba a consistir está particular sesión recreando una situación familiar previa a la cena de Nochebuena donde cada uno de los integrantes de la familia tenía que ofrecernos un pequeño relato de cómo iban a encarar esta cita anual compartiendo vivencias previas, pensamientos íntimos y sobre todo… confesiones clandestinas.

Inició el primer relato ‘La Novia’ representada por Sandra Almeida que con toda alegría asistía a su primera cena navideña con la familia de su novio, pero al ver por primera vez a su futuro suegro, su corazón le dio un vuelco cayendo locamente enamorada de él y no pudo reprimirse el confesarlo sin tapujos y sin obviar ningún detalle a su novio allí presente.

Seguidamente ‘El Novio’ interpretado por Manolo López solloza abatido como puede ser esta repentina declaración de su novia con todo lo que él la amaba. Rememora con toda la audiencia su profundo amor por ella, nos recita unos versos, pero su desasosiego es tan magno que no puede reprimirse de cantarnos una canción lusitana que arrancó más de una lágrima en la audiencia y no por tristeza precisamente.

Tomó relevo ‘La Amiga del Novio’ actuado por Maria Luisa Gomes donde en un ataque de sinceridad, nos confiesa su atracción sexual hacia los seres de su mismo género. Con otras palabras, declara su lesbianismo de forma clara y mayúscula, pues fue en Ámsterdam donde descubrió que el sexo con hombres, principalmente su novio, era un puro engaño vacío de sensualidad. El grito de exclamación ‘Bájate las bragas!!’ que vociferó Maria Luisa aún resuena en la sala.

En el equinoccio de la sesión hace presencia desde el fondo de la sala Isabel Montero presentándose como ‘La Amiga de la Madre del Novio’. Tacón alto y copa en mano, rememoró pasados ligoteos, toda una ‘femme fatale’!! Alardea de que ha tenido a sus pies tantos hombres como ha querido, siendo ella ama y dueña de sus secretos de alcoba pero… para desdicha suya, nos revela que se acaba de enamorar locamente de un hombre, pero no de cualquier hombre, un hombre pobre sin recursos. ‘Como puede ser eso!’ -exclama, cuando ella tan solo ha sido complacida en lechos de fina seda y delicado satín. Pero para colmo de su orgullo, el hombre pobre del cual está locamente enamorada no le corresponde. Impregnó la sala con palabras llenas de desazón y zozobra.

A continuación, apareció Paul Conde en el papel de ‘El Padre’, personaje erudito archiconocido por su obra literaria ‘Como encontrar pareja’, obra maestra con la cual ha impartido varias conferencias. Personaje que evocó ternura y delicadez con cada una de las palabras que pronunciaba.

Pero es en ese preciso momento de la sesión hizo presencia ‘La Madre’, papel encarnado de forma brillante por Cristina Gil.  Ataviada con vestido largo y sobrio, sentada en una silla sostiene con una mano el postre de la cena y con la otra empuña la cucharilla de forma enérgica pues advierte al público que no se deje embaucar por las palabras zalameras de su marido. Ella reconoce que siempre ha sido una esposa fiel pero eso ya se ha terminado. En un arrebato se alza de la silla y se desprende de su vestido austero para mostrar su nuevo look, vestido negro ceñido y taconazo. Se jura que a partir de ese momento será tan solo fiel a si misma.

Pero aún la velada nos deparaba una actuación estelar realizada por Ramón Matabosch en el rol de ‘Amigo del Padre del Novio’ donde nos reveló como era la relación sexual entre el Padre, íntimo amigo suyo, y la Madre. Nos relata que ella nunca parpadea cuando hace el amor y un estudio de una prestigiosa universidad americana indica que eso es un rasgo típico de los psicópatas cuando copulan y que la pareja no debe parpadear si no quiere acabar siendo asesinado. Motivo por el cual su amigo de toda la vida padecía stress crónico.

Y hasta aquí llegó la interpretación magnífica de nuestros siete compañeros/ras que nos deleitaron con sus relatos ficticios llenos de imaginación y buen humor.

Soledad y Jelena volvieron a retomar la sesión y agradecieron el esfuerzo realizado por todos ellos para brindarnos esta sesión tan amena y divertida. Nos explicaron cómo se había tramado el hilo argumental de esta Cena Navideña basándose en la película “Perfectos desconocidos” de Álex de la Iglesia.

Para finalizar, retomó la palabra el presidente del club, Sean Palit para homenajear a los voluntarios que habían hecho posible tanto esta sesión como la cena de navidad que había celebrado el club el fin de semana anterior y finalizó deseando unas felices fiestas a todos.

Cambios de última hora

La última sesión de Toastmasters Barcelona Club fue sobre los cambios de última hora. En un mundo lleno de rapidez y múltiples opciones, ¿qué mejor que hablar de cambios de última hora? Por lo que hemos podido ver, la gran mayoría de los cambios que nuestros miembros recuerdan están relacionados con vuelos (¿por qué será?).

Albert, cronometrador, nos explica su rol y nos cuenta la vez que perdió un vuelo de trabajo y tuvo que buscarse la vida cogiendo un tren. Por su lado, Zuzana, como contadora de muletillas de la noche, explica los "ahhmm uhmm ehmm" que hemos de evitar y nos deja ver como no dudó ni media muletilla para apuntarse a un viaje de última hora. Finalmente, en su papel de gramática, Isabel Beltrán explicó la palabra del día ("diletante") y el gran cambio de última hora que surgió cuando en su trabajo le dijeron que a la semana siguiente la enviaban a Estados Unidos (¡eso sí que es un cambio de última hora!).

Mona Teller nos proveyó de un fabuloso Rompehielos alrededor de su gran pasión y profesión: los perros. Con una friolera de nueve perros, Mona nos ha contado cómo vive el día a día con ellos y como la predilección que sienten por ella le jugó una vez una mala pasada: estando ella en un aeropuerto (¡otro aeropuerto en esta sesión!*), fue registrada por la policía cuando un precioso pastor alemán se le acercó para saludarla (¡ups!).

"Aprende, entrénate y habla como un líder y…" ¿os suenan estas palabras? Son el eslogan del club y aparecen en nuestra web (permitidme unos momentos corporativos: [insertar web]). En su discurso, Manolo nos habló de las vueltas que da la vida y lo que apuntarse a Toastmasters significó para él: momentos profundos, amigos maravillosos y superar el miedo al cambio. Para acabar, nos reveló cuál era la última palabra del título "DIVIÉRTETE".

Después de que Isabel y Mariyana evaluasen los discursos de sus compañeras, Maria Luisa dio paso a uno de discursos más surrealistas que se haya vivido en la historia del club. La situación: una cena de navidad en la que cuatro hermanos tienen un secreto que contar. L@s herman@s: Enrique, Emilie, Ramón y nuestro invitado Louis (cuyo nombre espero haber escrito bien). Resultado: un cambio de sexo, una boda escondida por más de veinte años, una virginidad latente y una mudanza de última hora. Dejo a vuestra imaginación la correspondencia entre persona y caso (¡os invito a dejar vuestra apuesta en los comentarios!).

Seguidamente, Sandra, evaluadora general de la noche, concluyó con sus comentarios de la sesión y dio paso a Sean, quien entregó a Mona el ribbon por su Rompehielos. Así acabó una sesión cuya moraleja podría ser "Los cambios dominan nuestro día a día, así que para qué evitarlos si podemos aprovecharlos."

*Y de verdad, os aseguro, que Vueling no nos patrocina (aunque oye, todo sería hablarlo…)

Conflict... What Conflict?

Although the very timely topic for the night was the management of difficult social exchanges, it certainly is not easy to think about skirmishes and strife while enjoying the genial atmosphere of Toastmasters Club BCN.

Nine visitors were present, and after they introduced themselves, our president, Sean Palit, presented us with the Circle of Success theory. We all wish, and have the potential, to be successful, but where can these tenets best be applied? In Toastmasters, of course, as well as in the challenges presented by sports.

Jelena Vetockina was the Toastmaster of this English-speaking session. Wisely aware of the necessity of successful conflict resolution, she promised us many take-home tips to resolve any difficult situation.

The technical team consisted of Ah-Counter, Soledad Castellano, who in addition to explaining her role, provided us with hints on how to avoid their use. First, she said, if you project your voice to the audience, you are less likely to need them. Second, make judicious use of pauses without fear. The truth is, the audience feels the pause length to be far shorter than the speaker. And lastly, recording your speech during your practice helps you hear the outcome, making you more conscious of your Ah-Um-Eeeh use.

Maria Luisa Gomes, our Grammarian, used an analogy to compare grammar use with photography. She explained that, just as the position of a camera has a huge influence on the resulting image, the correct (or incorrect) use of grammar can seriously alter the meaning and the message of your speech. The word of the night was “Trailblazer”, a very inspiring term that seems to define the hopes of many.

Sebastian Ortega, pinch-hitting as timekeeper, reminded us that, although Toastmasters was a bastion of British-like politeness, the use of time within the sessions was of Swiss-bred importance. And in case we did not get the message, veiled threats of throwing a bucket of ice water upon serious time-management offenders were added.

Roberto Dei Giudici took the stage for his second speech (“Anger, Aggression and How I’ve learned to Deal with It” – Competent Communication Manual – 2 – Organize Your Speech). He presented us his theory of what powers an angry reaction: that it is the outcome of feeling “stuck”, and frustration at not being able to move forward, and thus leads to blame. The solution, he feels, is to follow a three-step plan: empathy, so to relate to the other’s dilemma; an acknowledgment of the situation; and finally, the making of a suggestion or proposal towards corrective action.

Jelena remarked that Roberto’s speech was uncannily right on target, given that she had set conflict-management as the night’s theme.

It was Zuzana Smakalova’s turn next, to entertain us with a speech that transported us to Morocco (“Feel the Magic” – Competent Communication Manual – 4 – How to Say It). Camel rides, immense deserts, the experience of absolute silence while in the presence of others, and indigenous people equally awed by the expansiveness of their very own home. A special, one-off experience that she realized, upon returning to Spain and reality, could be repeated daily – if we take the time to observe our surroundings and surrender ourselves to the magic.

Mariyana came on stage dressed to lab researcher perfection, and described to us the discovery, development and the surprisingly variety of uses of a well-known pharmaceutical product. (“The Blue Diamond” – Speeches by Management – 1 – The Briefing) It was both informative and amusing, opening our eyes to the realm of possibilities contained within one little blue pill.

The evaluators of the evening (Emilie Jaquetton, Sean Palit and Manolo López) provided the three speakers with point-on praise and precise advice.

Members of the audience were encouraged by Cristina Gil to come up with a mini story based on three disparate words. Hailed by Jelena as a very creative Table Topics premise, Cristina explained that she had often entertained her niece and nephew with this game to pass the time on the way back from school. Thus, Isabel (mouse-bike-snake), guest-member Dan (window cleaner, traffic lights, penguin), Anna (milk truck, rainbow, sofa), Sebastian (key, carrot, scissors) and Yanina (screw driver, elephant, fireman) successfully built up a short but entertaining tale with the sparse tools provided them.

Enrique Alvarez, the overall evaluator, suggested certain logistic improvements (“more sheeeeets, please”) and in general praised all participants for their efforts during the session.

Lastly, before the gavel was sounded to end the session, we were reminded by our president that he and other TMC BCN members would be flying to Milan the next day, to take part in an important regional event. Also, this year’s Christmas party is to take place on the 16^th of December – details to be announced – and that all were welcome. And finally, a reminder that the final session of 2017 was to take place on December 20^th, in Spanish, and that all were encouraged to attend what would be a very special event. 

So, without further ado, we will apply the conflict-management skills skillfully summed up by Jelena Vetockina  throughout the week, as we look forward to the next session of TMC on November 29th. 

It Was a Dark and Stormy Night... (October 18, 2017)

As our usual venue was unavailable, the kind offer of TMC Sagrada Familia to use their space was gratefully accepted. Now, a change of scenery is enough to nudge anyone from their comfort zone. Add to this an unexpected storm that did its best to “rain on our parade”, leaving the session to an apparently less-than-fortunate start.

However, nothing could dampen the spirits of the participants. We shook off the raindrops and settled to slowly dry out as the session proceeded. 

Participation was high – a total of nine invited guests had braved the storm – and soon the rumbles of genius and flashes of inspiration storming from the podium rivalled the tempest without.  

Did you know that our president Sean Palit could juggle? Well, surprise us all he did, by launching five colorful balls into the air along with metaphorical advice on balancing the important things in life. Equal motion is the key was our take-home message – just be sure the balls that represent the most important things in life - your relationships and health  - are kept aloft.

Tonight’s Toastmaster Zuzana Smakalova expressed her wonder upon hearing another member casually mention of a previous pastime, modeling and competing for “Miss Italy”. We all have a at least a bit of turbulence hidden within, she realized. So she invited us to “stop looking for your passion” and just live. The range of passions and special interests of tonight’s participants, as she related them, was outstanding: mountain-bike riding, climbing, surfing in Ireland (of all places!), collecting “sands of beaches”, creating an online magazine, water skiing and snow skiing (all in one person!), dedication to “Serious Play”, vegetable production, peak climbing, dancing and karaoke, Gordon Ramsay’s charms, highbrow reading (as opposed to the not-so-highbrow, a new puppy, and the secret to Casanova-like success. 

The word of the day was a provocative challenge. No one could have guessed that the expression “Lose My Bottle” came from the world of boxing! Only a few could boldly introduce it into their contributions, clearly determined not to “give up at the last minute”.

Cristina de Medrano held us rapt with her speech “Turn Your Passion to Your Purpose” (Communications Competence – 2 – Organize Your Speech). She informed us that there is a lot to be gained from defying the impossible and reaching for apparently unsurpassable goals. Who knows how many new adventures her message has inspired?

Manolo Lopez had us both shaking our heads with grief and laughing at life’s absurdity as he illustrated the basic laws of stupidity in his speech “Don’t Open the Emergency Exit Door” (The Entertaining Speaker – 3 – Make Them Laugh). It was amusing, it was informative… and it left us more than a little worried about the world’s future.

Table Topics was introduced with great flair by Paul Conde. In clear terms he reminded us of the fundamental importance of thinking on your feet. A skill to be honed daily because – you never know – you may have to impress someone someday… and a little ad-lib can go a long way. The four chosen extemporaneous speakers were well up to the challenge.

Our guest Alba Lucia Hincapie graciously served as General Evaluator. She was generous with her praise and judicious in her comments, reminding us of the importance of watching the small details as well as the bigger picture.

The evening was tempestuous, both indoors and out. But TMC Barcelona knows how to face up to any gale with broad smiles and edifying speeches.

Nunca dejes de viajar

Nuestra sesión Toastmasters, estuvo llena de presidentas,  tres concretamente (Sandra, Rayane y Catrine); y giró en torno a los viajes, y como estos pueden cambiar tu vida, como ha cambiado la de nuesta Toastmaster del día, Sheila Pico, a la que le deseamos todo lo mejor en su nueva aventura por Argentina.  

Nuestro primer discurso, fue un primero. Un Ice Breaker. Yanina se presentó al club con un magnífico discurso, " ¿ Y si te atreves?".  Un discurso interesantísimo en el que nos explicó como un año sabático cambió su vida y la llevó hasta donde está ahora mismo. También nos demostró que, a la cima no se llega superando a los demás, sino superándote a ti mismo, y lo importante que es superar nuestros límites.

Seguimos con Paul Conde y su discurso humorístico. Con su ecuación E= Mxc², no solo nos divirtió sino que nos enseñó una lección de valor inestimable. Para todos aquellos que tengáis problemas para ligar, hay algo que debéis saber. La fórmula del éxito en las artes de la conquista. Aquí os dejo unas pinceladas:

Nuestros evaluadores fueron Rayane y Montse, y nuestro Table Topic Master, Marc Mayoral. Como no podía ser de otra manera, nuestros discursos improvisados giraron en torno a los viajes. Emilie nos habló de los motivos y ventajas de vivir en otro país; Ramón de los riesgos que corres al mudarte al extranjero; Sandra de cómo aplicar la teoría de Paul como inmigrante y Gonzalo y yo hablamos de motivos y el lugar donde nos mudaríamos.

Jelena nos hizo una evolución general de la sesión, y para finaliza la sesión, y también mi post en el blog, nos gustaría promover la organización de nuestra sesión especial, "Bodas". Por favor, si tenéis algo que aportar a la misma, poneos en contacto con los organizadores de la sesión, Ramón y/o Emilie.
